The material is very fabrication friendly, excellent it is UV resistance and weatherproof, cut easily to size or shape requirements, it can be machined and can easily be heat bent. Foam PVC material can be screwed, riveted or nailed to surfaces.
Foamex Signs are ideal for shop signs or outdoor event signage, it is printed using waterproof UV inks and can be laminated to extend the life and durability even further.
Dibond for Signs.
Dibond is a common brand name of the aluminium composite sheet; a core of polyethylene between two layers of aluminium skin, it is lightweight but rigid material.
Dibond is ideal for direct printing with UV inks; it is extremely flat and smooth.
The material has only a limited rate of expansion and contraction even in extreme temperatures making it a useful material for external or internal use.
You can easily fabricate the sheet it can be CNC routered, drilled, and riveted or screwed to any surface.
Acrylic also known as Perspex, it is an ideal material for producing a variety of signs, such as shop signage, hotel and house numbers, directional office signage and even Acrylic cut letters.
Acrylic is available in an extensive range of colours it can be laser cut or CNC-routered to shape and drilled.
