Banners N Display Artwork Requirements.
When supplying artwork, it is important to provide it print ready, a further charge may apply to any additional artwork modifications that we have to undertake. Please read through our requirements.
File Format information: PDF, EPS, Hi-Resolution JPEG.
If you are providing a PDF, please scale to 100% or 50% (Please specify the size and scaling percentage on the file name and order).
The alternative is, you may provide an.EPS with a separate.JPG visual attached or Hi-resolution JPG.
The size of File sent.
Please ensure the file size is reasonable. If you are sending us a file size is larger than 100MB; please check optimisation it may mean it is not optimised.
If the file is too big to email to us, you can use a file transfer site such as wetransfer.com.
Please make sure you check the settings in the software you are producing your design in before saving your artwork.
Please ensure that you have sampled the image dpi between:
Image resolution: 150 - 300dpi at 100% scale, 300 - 600dpi at 50% scale.
For large formats apply 150-200dpi at 100% scale, 300-400 dpi at 50% scale.
Convert all Fonts to curves (outlines, paths).
Do not embed Fonts in artwork as this can result in the fonts substituted for a default font. Please make sure all the fonts converted to outlines. (curves, paths).
Requirement on Colours:
It is imperative to use CMYK only; please do not use RGB or spot colours. This applies to all graphics including Raster Images and Vector Graphics
PVC banners artwork can be accepted without an outline if it has a coloured background so that we can see the final border size required.
Banners N Display (GJ Plastics Ltd) take no responsibility for any errors produced in your artwork that you supplied (even if it appears OK on your screen).To avoid, please ensure that you follow the above instructions and to avoid any errors occurring or having to have your work reprinted.
